Copperleaf Homes

The first step for us was to find the right lot.  After searching for some time Lori and I found a great lot, with the help of our realtor, Doug Osinski. The lot is located at the Preserve at Waldon, just north of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Copperleaf can build just about anywhere.

After selecting the lot, we began working with our lender on purchasing the lot and getting financing in order for the construction loan and our final mortgage for the completed hous

It has a pond nearby and amazing views. Copperleaf was flexible and willing to build the Bristol plan on this lot.e.

Our two boys love the location and look forward to lot's of fun in the Walden area
